I’m an entrepreneur and lover of mindfulness, neuroscience, and the science of emotional well-being. As a qualified MBSR teacher (level 1) I’ve explored and successfully employed innovative emotional well-being solutions that can impact individuals, businesses, families, and communities. Having direct experience with the benefits of mindfulness, meditation, and stress reduction techniques has given me a unique window into how they can be applied throughout your day to help you live a more balanced, peaceful, and resilient life.
